摘要
目的 初步研究新型聚氨酯(PU)液体根充材料的一般特性以及根管封闭能力,观察其是否适用于根管系统的充填。方法 观察材料的操作时间与固化时间、X线显影效果、离体牙充填效果。采用染料渗漏法和扫描电镜观察新型PU液体根充材料与根管壁之间的密合度及其对根尖孔的封闭能力。结果 PU的操作时间和固化时间分别为(11.4±0.9661)min,(38.3±1.4944)min:1mm厚PU的X线显影密度大于3mm厚的铝片;离体牙充填结果显示无论按上颌牙位或下颌牙位均充填严密;PU组染料渗漏的长度为(1.2483±0.6110)mm,PU组材料与根管壁的缝隙宽度为(1.2740±1.1688)μm,PU组与CP+ZOE组间差异有显著性。结论 新型PU类液体根充材料符合根充材料的基本要求,具有成为一种新的根充材料的可能性。
Objective To investigate the general characteristic and root canal sealing ability of the novel polyurethane liquid root canal filling material. Methods To evaluate the material in terms of working time and setting time,radiopacity and filling of extracted human teeth.To observe the sealing ability in animal experiments and the gaps between material and the walls of canals by scanning electron microscope ,the apical sealing ability of material by dye penetration method .Results The working time and the setting time of PU were (11.4±0.9661) min and (38.3± 1.4944) min. The mean radiopacity for 1-mm thick PU lamellae was larger than that of 3-mm thick aluminum lamellae according to ISO. The extracted anterior teeth could be filled accurately irrespective of the position.The dye penetration length of PU was (1.2483±0.6110)mm . the gaps between the material and the walls of PU were (1.2740±1.1688)±m. There was statistically significant difference between PU and GP+ZOE.Conclusion The novel polyurethane liquid root canal filling material accords with the basic require mente of the filling of root canals and has the potential to be a novel material.
