颞骨胆脂瘤掩盖颞骨恶性肿瘤病例分析

摘要颞骨肿瘤以鳞癌最多,临床表现早期为非特异性中耳慢性感染症状:耳流脓、溢液、流脓血水等,晚期出现面瘫、头疼及其他颅神经症状,作者收治1例首发症状为"耳后瘘管感染",颞骨内大量胆脂瘤病变掩盖了颞骨鳞状细胞癌,临床非常少见.
