角膜碱烧伤房水炎性细胞因子变化的实验研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)和白细胞介素 1β(IL 1β)在眼前段碱烧伤病理过程中的作用机制。 方法 采用放射免疫法检测兔角膜碱烧伤后房水中不同时间的TNF α和IL 1β的含量。 结果 TNF α和IL 1β含量在角膜碱烧伤后 4小时急剧升高 ,2 4小时达到高峰 ,48~ 72小时呈一较高水平 ,与对照组比较差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 眼前段碱烧伤的发病机制中TNF α和IL 1β介导的炎症途径参与。 Objective The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1 β(IL-1β) levels in aqueous humor after alkali burned were studied in rabbit eyes and their effects on mechanism of inflammatory mediators were discussed.Methods The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in their different metabolic times after alkali burns on rabbit eyes were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results The TNF-α and IL-1 β levels increased at the 4h after alkali burns and reached a peak on 24 h.TNFα and IL-1β maintained higher levels during 48-72 h after alkali burns.Those showed significant differences compared to control (P<0.01).Conclusion The findings indicate that TNF-α and IL-1β pathways of inflammation are involved in the pathogensis of alkali burns.
