摘要
目的 总结紫外线致群体性眼外伤的卫生学调查的方法和结果 ,探讨治疗及预防方法。方法 首先排查出致伤现场 ,进行卫生学调查 ,模拟检测眼部接受紫外线的强度并与国家标准对比。对患者进行镇痛、促使角膜上皮修复及预防感染的治疗。结果 测出了患者在 1小时内接受紫外线的强度为 :中波 3 8~ 11 2 μW/cm2 ,短波 3 9~ 11μW /cm2 ,为国家标准全天接触最高限值的 3~ 10倍。 2 5位患者在治疗后 1~ 2天内均痊愈。结论 加强职业卫生健康教育及培训 ,完备预防措施是预防紫外线性眼外伤的重点。发病后及时正确的治疗极为重要。
Objective To summarize the result and method of the hygienic investigation of the ocular injury that caused by ultraviolet,investigate treatment and prevention method.Methods At first tried to find the scene that results in eye injury,carry on hygiene investigation,measure ultraviolet intensity at eye level and compare with national standard.Treatment to the patient included easingpain,improving corneal epithelinm repair and preventing infection.Results The ultraviolet intensity accepted by patients were medium wave:3.8~11.2 μW/cm 2,short-wave 3.9-11 μW/cm 2.It is 3-10 times of the national standard.25 patients fully recovered in 1-2 days.Conclusion Strengthing the professional hygienic education and training,complete precautionary measure is the emphases of preventing the ultraviolet ocular injury.Correct and in time treatment is extremely important after injury.
