摘要
目的 :了解护生对化疗知识的掌握及需求情况。方法 :采用问卷对陕西地区 10所医学院校的2 0 9名护生在临床实习前进行调查。结果 :大专、中专护生在化疗知识的掌握及需求方面无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但二者在学习化疗知识的兴趣上有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。护生对化疗知识的掌握情况欠佳 ,与课程设置、教学内容及授课老师有关。结论 :为了使护生更好地掌握化疗相关知识 ,更好地完成临床实习 ,必须改革课程体系与教学内容 ,做好临床实习前的培训工作。
Objective: to know the mastering and demand state about chemotherapy of nursing students. Method: a total of 209 nursing students from 10 medical colleges or health schools of Shaanxi area were investigated via filling out questionnaire before they started their clinical practice. Results: in terms of the mastering and demand of knowledge about chemotherapy, there was no statistical significance between college nursing students and students of health schools (P>0.05). However, there was statistical significance between the two groups in terms of their interesting of learning the knowledge about chemotherapy (P<0.05). Nursing students grasped the knowledge about chemotherapy not so well, which related to curriculum setting, contents of teaching, and teachers giving lessons. Conclusion: in order to let nursing students both master the knowledge about chemotherapy and complete their clinical practice better, one should reform course system and contents of teaching, and conduct the clinical pre-practical training better.
