摘要
概述了东海近海风与浪的基本情况。重点对国家海洋与东海沿岸具有30a测波记录的5个站实测资料进行了年极值统计分析,选用三参数的P-Ⅲ型分布与四参数的指数Γ分布,通过最小二乘法与优选参数法相结合的寻优适线法进行分布参数估计,最后得出东海五站不同重现期的设计波要素,并对超过破波极限值进行订正。
Fundamental objective conditions of the wind and wave in the coastal waters of the East Sea are briefly described,and the key points are put on the statisti-cal analysis of 30 years/ annual extreme values of measured data obtained from five observation stations situated at the coastal waters of the East Sea. By selecting P-Ⅲ type distribution with 3 parameters and exponential T distribution with 4 parameters, and by use of optimating-adaptive method, in which it is operated by the combination of least square method and optimum parameter-seeking method, the distribution of parameters may be evaluated, and at last, distinct return periods of constituents of design wave can be obtained for the five observation stations. At the same time, the extra extreme values of breaking waves should be checked up.
