1324例住院癌症患者近期疗效统计

目的 探讨癌症住院病人的终末医疗质量。方法 对陕西省肿瘤医院 132 4例出院病历记录 ,按照国际疾病分类ICD - 9,统计分析住院病人的治愈、好转、未愈、病死率及癌症类型。结果 全年住院超过百例以上的癌症依次为肺癌、食管癌、宫颈癌、胃癌、恶性淋巴瘤、肝癌和乳腺癌 ,癌症病人的平均治愈率为19 34% ,好转率为 6 0 2 0 % ,未愈率为 14 5 % ,病死率为 5 96 %。结论 由于受多因素影响 ,癌症的治疗效果还不如人意 ,要提高治愈率 。

Objective To study the end medical treatment of the cancer inpatient.Methods To use the Tumor Hospital of Shaanxi Province medical history record,and divide into section the ICD-9 according to the international disease,and to analyze the cure,turn for the bettering of inpatient.Results Not and more,die of illness the rate and cancer type.The whole year hospitalization that pan out the average exceeds 100 cancer of above exampleses are one by one in order for the lung cancer,oesophagus cancer,carcinoma of cervix uteri,stomach cancer,malignant and lymphoid lump,cancer of the liver cure the rate to 19.34%,turn for the better the rate to 60.20%s with the mammary glands cancer,cancer patient,not and more rate is 14.50%,die of illness the rate to 5.96%.Conclusion because of suffer the treatment result of the influence of many factors,cancer to return the treatment result of the influence of many factors,cancer to return the not very,and want increase to cure the rate,and lower to die of illness the rate to still need to continue to work hard.
