p27蛋白与PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

Analysis of relationship between p27 and PCNA expression and its clinical significance in stomach carcinoma

目的 探讨p2 7及PCNA在胃癌中的表达意义及相互关系。方法 应用免疫组化S -P法对 6 2例胃癌进行p2 7蛋白和PCNA的检测。结果 胃癌组织中p2 7、PCNA表达的阳性率分别为 4 1 9%、83 9% ,p2 7的表达与Borrman分型、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关 ;PCNA仅与肿瘤分化程度有关 ,p2 7与PCNA表达呈负相关。结论 胃癌组织中p2 7。

Objective To investigate the relationship between p27and PCNA expression in gastric carinoma and clinicopathological parameters.Methods The expression of p27 and PCNA in 62 gastric carcinoma was examined with immunohistochemistry SP method.Results Positive rate of p27 and PCNA expression were 41.9%,83.9%.p27 express was related with Bormann type, lymph-node metastasis and clinical stage.PCNA expression was related with infiltrative depth of tumor. p27 expression was in reverse relation with PCNA expression. Conclusion The expression of p27 and PCNA may be regarded as an important marker in reaction biological signification and prognosis carcinoma.
