Relying conscientiously on the spirit of 'self-determination, self-reliance, self-stren-ghening and self-discipline' , Chiwan Port has acquired the effect of 'quick decision, quick implementation and quick return' .By these, Chiwan Port has got great benefit from limited funds and has produced the assets of 20 times the registered capital during the past ten years.
