摘要 本文采用液-液萃取方法及GC/MS检测技术,对药剂及其中毒后的组织样品进行了检测,从中均检出氧乐果和克百威的农药成分,建立了该类农药组分的生物组织提取净化方法,并优化了其质谱的分析参数条件。 A method of L-L extraction and GC/MS detection for the determination of omethoate and carbofuran unknown poisoning samples was developed.
