玉米矮花叶病毒株系、寄主范围及辅助成分的研究

Study on the strain identification, host range and helper component of MDMV

对纯化的玉米矮花叶病毒进行株系鉴定,因人工接种约翰逊草不侵染,故定为MDMV—B株系;4科36种植物的接种试验表明,19种禾本科植物可作为其寄主.以不同病毒汁液进行的蚜虫薄膜饲毒试验表明,存在不同于ConA的一种辅助成分.

Purified MDMV strain was identified and Johnson grass was inoculated to observe its symptoms. Because of no affection, it was determined as MDMV—B. It was inoculated to the plants of 36 species 4 families, the result showed that 19 species of the Grammineae were the hosts of MDMV. Feeding through parafilm, the result shows HC exists and it is different from Con A.
