摘要
拥坝滩于1960年冬至1961年春的第一次整治时,因方案选择不当,违反了该滩的客观规律,未达到整治目的,反而增大了疏浚工程量,加速了岸线的垮塌而失败。1972年冬至1973年春的第二次整治时,在设计方案选择上,遵循了该滩的客观规律,因势利导,整治后效果良好,达到了设计目的。
Durind the first regulation of Yongbatan shoal carried out from the winter of 1960 to the spring of 1961, on account of inappropriate scheme being elected, and the objective law of the shoal violated, as a result, not only was the regulation goal not attained, but also the dredging amount increased, and collapse of bank line speeded up.During the second regulation, carried out from the winter of 1972 to the spring of 1973, in selecting the design scheme, the objective law of shifting of the shoal was followed,and actions were adroitly guided according to circumstances, regulated effect was successfully achieved and the design goal attained.
