Application of heat-conducting oil heating in UHMWPE filter board production

对超高分子量聚乙烯滤板生产的各种加热方式进行了分析比较,阐述了导热油加热的优越性,设计了一套导热油加热冷却系统,并将其应用到超高分子聚乙烯滤板的实际生产中,取得了良好的效果。

All methods of heating in UHMWPE filter board production were analized,the superiority of heat-conducting oil heating was expounded.A heating and cooling system of heat-conducting oil was designed.Results show that this system has been applied successfully.
