On the Soft Environment Problems in Developing the West

西部大开发要吸引投资,改善投资软环境至关重要。分析了西部开发中软环境方面存在的问题,提出了改善软环境的几点措施。

It is very important to absorb investment and to improve the 'soft environment' of investment for the west development. The problems existed in developing the west on the ' soft environment' are analyzed in this paper. The measures to improve the 'soft environment' are brought forward so as to quicken steps of developing the west and to realize the development of western part of China with leaps and bounds.
