复合型完全脱蛋白骨的生物相容性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨复合型完全脱蛋白骨的生物相容性。方法:将复合型完全脱蛋白骨植入兔的骶棘肌及股骨骨膜下,用组织学检测观察植入材料周围细胞浸润情况、材料与周围软组织的关系及材料对骨膜成骨的影响,并用ELISA间接法检测兔血清中的抗体。结果:植入背部骶棘肌的材料皆与股骨相融合,有的已形成新骨,植入部位股骨增粗,材料植入1周后出现抗体,2周后略增,以后逐渐下降。结论:复合型完全脱蛋白骨无毒性作用,且对骨膜成骨无有害影响,引起的免疫反应较弱,机体能耐受,具有良好的生物相容性。
