肠安胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠免疫机制的影响

Effect of Changan Capsule on immune mechanism in rats with ulcerative colitis

[目的]观察肠安胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠免疫机制的影响 ,探讨其作用机制。[方法]采用免疫加局部刺激的方法造模形成实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎 ,检测用药后各组大鼠血清免疫球蛋白 (IgG、IgA)、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、白介素 -2(IL -2)、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)含量。[结果]实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IgG、CIC含量增加 ,IL -2、TNF -α水平也存在异常。经过肠安胶囊治疗 ,上述指标均有明显改善。[结论]肠安胶囊能够抑制IgG合成 ,清除CIC ,抑制TNF -α产生 ,调控IL

To observe the effect of Changan capsule on immune mechanism in rats with ulcerative colitis,and to explore its mechanism of action. Modle rats were established by the methods of immune and local stimulation, and the content of serum immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A, (IgG, IgA), circulatory immunocomplex(CIC), interleukin_2(IL_2), tumor necrosis factor_α(TNF_α) of each group were detected after the treatment. The content of serum IgG and CIC increased in experimental rats, the level of IL_2 and TNF_α remained abnormal. The above indexes all had obvious improvement after the treatment. [Conclusion] Changan capsule can inhibit the synthesis of IgG, clear CIC, inhibit the yields of TNF_α,and regulate the level of IL_2.
