高等中医药院校学生考试心理应激反应状态及中医证候分布规律的初步调查研究

Preliminary investigation of the psychological stress reaction to examination and the law of distribution of TCM’s syndromes in students of university of TCM

[目的]初步了解高等中医药院校学生考试心理应激反应状态及中医证候分布的规律。[方法]随机抽取高等中医药院校大学二年级本科中医、中药专业的250名学生 ,在考试后立即进行问卷调查 ,量表评定。[结果]多数学生出现了不同程度的情绪异常以及头项症状和脉象、舌象的异常 ,睡眠和饮食症状也非常突出。学生表现出的中医心、肝、脾胃的症状明显多于其他脏腑症状 ,其中定位在心、肝、脾胃的各证型中 ,又以心脾两虚证、心气阴两虚证、心气虚证、肝气犯脾证为多见。[结论]考试作为大学生重要的心理应激源 ,可以对学生的心身健康产生一定的负面影响 ,不同的学生亦可表现出不同的中医证候。

To know the psychological stress reaction to examination and the law of distribution of TCM’s syn_dromes in students of university of TCM.Randomly select 250 sophomores majoring in science of TCM and Chinese meteria medica from university of TCM, make an inquiry by a questionnaire and evaluation by scale after test.Most students appeared abnormality of emotion,symptoms of head and neck,abnormal tongue demonstration and pulse condition in different degrees.Symptoms of diet and sleep were also significant.Symptoms of heart,liver,spleen and stomach of TCM were more obvious than that of the other viscera and bowels.Of them the syndromes caused by deficiency of both heart and spleen,deficiency of both qi and yin of heart,deficiency of heart_qi and hepatic qi attacking spleen were frequently encountered.[Conclusion]Examination, as an important source of psychological stress, can generate some side effects on psychosomatic health of undergraduates, different students had different syndromes of TCM. It implies that for recuperative medical care on bad reaction of psychological stress to examination measures of TCM may be adopted.Methods]Randomlyselect250s
