摘要
从技术系统工程的观点出发,针对蚕茧烘炕中存在的主要问题和影响质量的中心环节,建立了适用于茧站现阶段生产实际的蚕茧烘炕综合配套技术。该配套技术工程包括两个部分内容:(一)采用鲜茧篮堆,热风烘茧,一次干工艺配套技术;(二)研制开发蚕茧热风干燥系列设备。通过广泛实践证明,该配套技术投资少,易推广,达到了保护茧质,提高干茧解舒和出丝率,省工节能,提高工效,增大烘力等综合效应。
From the viewpoint of technical system engineering, a comprehensive technology for solvingthe major problems and key links existing in the cocoon drying pit, and suitable for current cocoonstation practice is introduced. The technology consists of: (1) a single drying process incorporatingpiling-up of baskets containing fresh cocoons and hot air drying; and (2) development of hot aircocoon drying equipment. Extensive practice indicates that the technology offers such advantagesas low investment, easy popularization, better function to protect cocoon quality, higher reelabilityand silk yield, greater drying force and efficiency but lower energy consumption.
