真丝绸扎染的研究

Researches on Real Silk Tie-Dyeing

文章给出真丝绸扎染花型实际扎结设计后,提出可溶性还原染料、活性染料、弱酸性染料套染新工艺,并从染色机理、助剂选择,分析了套染效果。结论指出,不同类型染料套染用于真丝绸扎染,可丰富花色品种,提高染色牢度,将是极有希望的扎染加工新技术之一。

The paper points out that the new topping with soluble vat dyes, reactive dyes and weak aciddyes is applicable to real silk tie-dyeing after the actual tying pattern is designed. The toppingeffect is analysed from its dyeing mechanism and selection of auxiliaries. The author comes to theconclusion that the topping used for silk tie-dyeing with varied types of dyes will enrich variety andpatterns and improve dyeing fastness, hence a promising one of new tie-dyeing techniques.
