2000年～2002年广东地区44家医院抗精神分裂症药物应用分析

Analysis of Antipsychotics Used for Schizophrenia in44Hospitals in Guangdong Province During the Pe-riod2000～2002

目的 :了解广东地区抗精神分裂症药物的应用现状及趋势。方法 :采用世界卫生组织推荐的以约定日剂量数为指标的药物利用研究方法 ,对2000年～2002年广东地区44家医院抗精神分裂症药物的消耗情况进行统计、分析。结果 :44家医院抗精神分裂症用药金额逐年增多 ,其中第1代药物应用呈下降趋势 ,第2代药物应用呈明显上升趋势。结论

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation and developing trend of the drugs for schizophrenia in Guangdong Province.METHODS:The defined daily dose(DDD)system for drug utilization recommended by WHO was adopted.The data of antipsychotic consumption in44hospitals of Guangdong Province during the period2000～2002were colˉlected and analysed.RESULTS:The sum of money of consumption of antipsychotics for schizophrenia in Guangdong Province was increasing year by year,and the use of the first generation antipsychotics was declining year by year and the second was increasing.CONCLUSION:The second generation antipsychotics for schizophrenia with good therapeutic effect,less ARDs will occupy the market of antipsychotics.
