体外冲击波根据发生原理主要为液电式 ,电磁式 ,压电式。冲击波和结石相互作用的机制主要与3种效应有关 ;压力效应、张力效应、空化效应。
Extracorporeal shock wave is divided into electrohydraulic,electromagnetic and piezoelectric according to the principle of producing shock wave.Interactive mechanism of shock wave and calculi is mainly related to three effects of pressure,tensility and cavitation.
