摘要
优质高产低消耗一直是水泥行业的发展方向。根据水泥化学理论和生产经验总结,讨论了提高预分解窑产量的措施——提高煅烧温度和加快窑速。在实际生产中,通过提高煤粉质量、使用新型多通道喷煤管、篦冷机采取厚料层操作等措施实现提高煅烧温度;对于早期NSP窑,通过降低励磁、采用变频调速控制、更换减速机和更换一级齿轮等措施可实现提高窑速。
High quality,high output and low consumption are alaways the orientation of cement industry development. Based
on cement chemistry theory and production practice, Two ways--increasing calcination temperature and speeding rotation
speed, to increase the output of NSP kiln are discussed. In the real production process, for increasing calcination temperature, we can strengthen the quality of coal, use new type of multi-channel coal dust burner pipe and adopt thick material bed operation, et al. And for early NSP kiln, we can decrease excitation, use frequency variable speed regulation instead, replace reducer and primary gear, et al.to speed the rotation speed.
