摘要
国投海南水泥有限公司水泥粉磨采用了辊压机预粉磨系统。生产中,当辊压机系统的设备状况或物料状况较差时,其预粉磨状况较差。存在的主要问题有辊压机辊面磨损大;以及因入辊压机物料粒度分布不均引起的“冲料”及由喂料及辊压力不稳引起的主电机功率波动大等。针对这些问题,经采取一系列针对性措施得以解决。目前辊压机系统运转平稳,预粉磨效果显著。
SDIC Hainan Cement Limited Company adopted roller pregrinding system in their cement grinding system. In production, the pregrinding effect is baddish when condition of equipments of roller press system and conditon of raw material
are not so good. Some problems are existing--big abrasion area of roller surface, 'impact material' caused by asymmetric
sixe distribution of material feed into roller press and great power fluctuation caused by unsteady roller pressure and feeding. Aiming at above problems, a series of measures are adopted, the problems are solved. At present, roller press system runs steady and the pregrinding effect is notable.
