ATOX立磨衬板的国产化及其应用

Producing liner for ATOX vertical mill

福建水泥股份有限公司炼石水泥厂引进了国内第一台F.L.Smidth公司生产的ATOX35型号立式磨机,为确保设备的正常运行和降低生产成本,该厂对磨辊和磨盘等部位的衬板易损件进行了国产化研究制造和应用探索。重点进行了衬板材料的物化性能分析测试,据此进行衬板材料选配、确定制造工艺进行加工。实践证明,ATOX立磨衬板的国产化是成功的,衬板寿命已达19个多月,超过进口衬板,使用国产化衬板每台立磨每年可节约160多万元的采购资金,经济效益显著。

Lianshi Cement Plant of Fujian Cement Co.,Ltd. imported ATOX35 vertical mill produced by Demark F.LSmidth Company for the first time in China. To insure steady running of the equipment and to reduce the production cost, the plant carried out study on producing liner of grinding roller and base, mainly include: analyse and test physical and chemical performance of the liner material, choose suitable material, confirm the produce process,and et al. Their practice shows: the localization is successful, the lifespan of new liner is more than 19 months which is longer than that of import, and when local liner applied, 1.6 million yuan will be saved, the economic benefit is abvious.
