摘要
针对目前使用的冷态水动力调整方法存在的问题 ,提出了一种新的垂直管屏式直流锅炉水动力调整方法———热态调整法 ,并根据热态调整法的数学模型 ,编制了水动力调整程序。实际应用表明 ,该方法根据锅炉负荷和炉内热负荷的变化 ,实现了水冷壁流量的在线分配 ,使水冷壁管内流量和炉内热负荷始终协调一致 ,大大减少了水冷壁管温度的交替变化 ,延长了水冷壁管的寿命 。
Directing against the problems existing in the coldstate hydrodynamic adjustment method utilized at present, a new hydrodynamic adjustment method, namely the hotstate adjustment method, of the verticaltube platen type oncethrough boiler has been put forward, and a hydrodynamic adjustment programme being worked out on the basis of mathematic model regarding the hotstate adjustment method. The practical results of application show that the online flow distribution in the waterwall can be realized by the said hotstate method based on variation of boiler load and heat load in the furnace, making the flow in waterwall tubes and the heat load in the furnace to be coordinated in unanimity from begining to end, decreasing greatly the alternative variation of waterwall tube temperature, lengthening the service life of waterwall tubes. It has important significance for unit with oncethrough boiler to start or to stop, as well as to operate under load variation.
