摘要
以珞璜电厂 32号炉为研究对象 ,应用CFXTASCflow软件对燃烧器两相流场及炉内燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。首先根据试验测定的松藻无烟煤的着火温度及其与煤粉浓度的关系 ,优化设计了燃烧器浓淡分离装置。在确定单只燃烧器改造方案的基础上 ,提出了“多稳燃中心”的全炉浓淡燃烧方案。最后通过数值模拟证明其有效性与可行性。
Taking boiler No.32 in Luohuang Power Plant as an object for study, numberic simulation concerning twophase flow field of burners and combustion process in the furnace has been performed by using CFXTASC flow software. Firstly, based on relationship between the ignition temperature of Songzao anthracite and the density of its coalpowder measured in testing, a device for separating rich and lean coalpowder of the burners has been designed under optimization. On the basis of determining retrofit scheme of a single burner, a combustion scheme with rich and lean coalpowder for the entire furnace having 'mutiple centres of stable combustion' has been suggested. And finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the said scheme have been verified through numeric simulation.
