摘要
针对国华准格尔电厂ALSTOM公司 330MW机组在调试期间出现的低压缸 5号、6号温差大的问题 ,综合国内同型机组 3种处理方案进行分析、比较 ,提出采用调整轴瓦底部垫铁间隙及轴承结合面螺栓紧力的处理方案 。
Directing against the problem of large temperature difference occurred on bearing shoe No.5 and No.6 of lowpressure cylinder in a 330MW steam turbine made by ALSTOM CO. at the title power plant, three remedial schemes used on domestic units of the same type have been analysed. Finally, a scheme of adjusting spacer block clearance under the bottom of bearing shoe, as well as fastening force of bolts on the joint surface of said bearing, has been put forward. After implementation of the said scheme, good effectiveness has been obtained.
