n-3多聚不饱和脂肪酸与心脏性猝死 被引量:11

摘要 心脏病患者经常会向医生询问关于饮食中脂肪与冠心病危险的关系,但许多医生并不十分清楚饮食中的脂肪和脂肪酸与冠心病二者之间的确切关系.早期研究主要是针对饱和脂肪酸和血浆胆固醇与动脉粥样硬化的关系,最近有多项研究发现饮食中n-3多聚不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFAs)对冠心病的特殊类型-心脏性猝死可能有重要作用[1-3].
