洛欣DSA选择性动脉导管溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的护理

Treatment of acute cerebral infarction by LuoXin DSA selective artery catheter thrombolysis and nursing

目的 :总结洛欣DSA选择性动脉导管溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的护理经验。方法 :随机将急性脑梗死患者 70例分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组脑动脉内局部注射天普洛欣 (洛欣 ) ,对照组静脉注射尿激酶。结果 :治疗组有效率为94 % ,对照组有效率为 86 % ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且洛欣副作用少 ,无出血倾向。结论 :洛欣选择性脑动脉内导管局部溶栓治疗急性脑梗死安全有效 ,加强溶栓前、后护理是确保溶栓成功的关键。

Objective:To draw up nursing experience about treatment of acute cerebral infarction by LuoXin DSA selective artery catheter thrombolysis.Method: LuoXin were administered into cerebral artery with control group administered intravenous injection of urokinase.Result:Effective ratio show 94% in treatment group 86% in control(P<0.05),with less side reaction,no bleeding tendency.Conclusion:LuoXin selective artery catheter thrombolysis show an effective method to treat acute cerebral infarction.Observation of lifesign,puncture site in femoral artery should be taken.
