摘要
知识是建筑设计组织的核心财富,而建筑设计组织创造吸收知识、传播运用知识及组织学习知识的能力直接关系到组织的设计质量、成本和周期,关系到组织的竞争力、建设投资效益和生命财产安全。针对建筑设计行业学习现状,围绕组织学习的外部环境、领导层观念转变、人员录用、组织文化创建及知识管理等方面,详细论述了改善组织学习的措施,并提出丰富设计工作内容、创建知识同盟、学习者管理学习及终生学习等建议和理念。
Knowledge is a core asset of the organizations in the building design profession. The organization's ability to create,absorb,share and apply knowledge, and the learning ability of the organization directly concern the design quality,period and cost of the organization,and the organizational competetiveness,benefit from construction investment and safety for life and property are also related to the above abilities. In view of the present learning situation of the building design profession, measures are put forward from the following aspects—external environment of organizational learning, idea alteration of managers, personnel recruitment, creation of organizational culture and knowledge management. Some suggestions and ideas are presented,such as enriching design job contents, forming knowledge alliance, learner-managed learning,and life-long learning.
