Analyses some problems existing at present in the investigation on multi-cocoon silk reeling, and presents the relational expression and empirical data between size mean-sqaure deviations standing respectively for end-to-end raw silk and individual baves within one end based on theoret- ical analyses and numerous data calculations. Furthermore, the sampling and calculating methods in the investigation on multi-cocoon silk reeling are recommended.
