摘要
阐述了蔬菜硝酸盐污染的现状以及土壤中硝态氮含量和不同氮肥种类对蔬菜硝酸盐形成积累的影响,提出了通过减少氮肥用量,以施用有机肥料为主,增施磷、钾肥、微肥等方法以及严格控制蔬菜收获期与最后一次施肥期的间隔,使蔬菜中硝酸盐含量控制在规定的允许值以下。
In this paper, the present pollution of nitrate in vegetables, influnce of NO3-N in soil and different nitrogenous fertilizer on forming and accumulation of nitrate in vegetables were expounded. The content of nitrate in vegetables was controled within a set quota by reducing nitrogenous fertilizer by Applying more orgnic fertilizer, getting additional phosphate fertilizer, Potash fertilizer and rare-earth fertilizer, strictly commanding gathering period and the last interval of applying fertilizer.
