摘要 提出了汽车平顺性模糊评价方法,建立了汽车乘坐舒适度的概念,并以此对汽车的乘坐舒适程度进行了模糊界定,该法以加权矩阵函数进行多工况、多测点因素的模糊综合,用单一综合振动指标来评价平顺性能,较好地克服了ISO2631等传统评价方法中的主、客观评价不统一和不同工况、不同测点评价结论不一致的不足,可用以进行单车平顺性评价和多车平顺性比较。对某轻型客车的评价实例表明,用模糊评价法评价汽车的平顺性是准确的、可行的,二经规范化,可作为ISO2631、GB4970、GB/T12477等平顺性评价方法的补充方法。 Fuzzy estimate method on automobile ride comfort is proposed, with conception of automobile ride comfort established, in which a fuzzy vibration parameter synthesized from multi- -working cases and multi-measuring positions by a weighting matrix function to estimate the ride performance, is put forward. This medod is also used to classify the automotive ride quality. The fuzzy estimate method meliorates the inconsistent conclusions from subjective, objective, different working cases and measuring positions estimate in some conventional methods such as ISO2631, therefore can be performed to evaluate a single or compare the ride qualities between several automobiles. The estimate results of a sample light bus show that the fuzzy estimate method is precise and feasible, and may become a supplement one of the ISO2631, GB4970, GB/T12477 methods after standardization.
