腹腔镜脾切除术病人的护理

Nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic splenectomy

腹腔镜脾脏切除具有切口小、符合美容要求、创伤小、疼痛轻、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点。本文报道8例腹腔镜脾切除术的护理,认为病人经充分术前准备和对术后生命体征、引流管及可能出现的并发症等精密细致的观察和处理以及出院指导是获得手术前后护理成功的关键。

Laparoscopic splenectomy has the advantages of small cut to meet the requirements of cosmetology, small trauma, less postoperative pain, speedy recovery and shorter hospitalization. The authors reported their experience of nursing 8 patients with laparoscopic splenectomy, thinking that the key in operating successfully lies in full preparation, close observation and treatment of postoperative vital signs, drains and possible complications, and discharge instructions.
