摘要
对150例输血患者进行心理特征分析,认为患者存在恐惧、紧张心理,怀疑对抗心理和依赖心理,实施针对性心理护理,如创造合适的输血环境,加强宣教,针对不同心理施护等。结果患者的恐惧、紧张等不良心理有明显改善,顺利完成输血治疗。
By analyzing the mental characteristics of 150 blood transfusion patients, the authors concluded the patients suffered from terror, tension, suspicion, conflict and dependence. In their practice, the pertinent psychological nursing were performed such as blood transfusion environment, strengthening instructions, pertinent nursing to different mental conditions. As a results, such poor mentality as terror and tension were improved so that the blood transfusion was successful.
