家属行为对宫外孕患者术前心理的影响及对策

Effects of families’behaviors on preoperative mentality of ectopic patients and strategy

通过对93例宫外孕急诊患者及家属的心理护理,总结认为:宫外孕手术前患者家属的行为对患者术前的心理有着直接的影响,家属对患者无微不至的关怀和安慰是医护人员无可代替的。提出术前对患者实施良好的心理护理和加强与患者家属的沟通,争取家属和社会的支持,对帮助患者正视现实,缓和紧张恐惧的心理,顺应医护计划,保证手术的顺利完成起到积极的作用,也有助于患者转危为安。

Based on the experience in mentally nursing 93 ectopic patients and their families, the authors concluded their families' behaviors posed direct influence on their preoperative mentality, the solicitude and comforts from their family members were irreplaceable. The authors argued that better enforcement of preoperative psychological nursing and reinforcement of communication with family members to gain supports from families and even society played active role in alleviating tension and fear, complying with medical procedures, guaranteeing the smooth performance of operation and consequently helping patients turn the corner.
