摘要
笔者报道群体性162例毒鼠强中毒患者急救护理体会:迅速判断病情,并及时采集标本检测;加强急救现场组织管理和各部门间的协调合作,有效组织人员参与抢救;采取催吐、洗胃、促进毒物排泻的方法,静脉滴注大量维生素B6解毒;使用安定注射剂控制惊厥、抽搐及针对并发症采取救治;加强心理护理等措施。经抢救患者全部脱险康复。
In this paper, the authors reported their experience in the emergency nursing of 162 patients with teramine poisoning. They concluded their nursing methods including rapidly judging poisoning conditions, taking and examining the samples, reinforcing the on-the-spot organization and management and coordination among saving departments, organizing nurses into emergency nursing, swiftly eliminating teramine by emetic action, gastric lavage and accelerating evacuation of teramine, detoxifying by venous transfusion of Vitamin B6, containing eclampsia and twitch using diazepam, treating complications with pertinent treatments and enhancing psychological nursing. As a result, all the patients were out of danger and recovered.
