Fura-2荧光指示剂法研究稀土离子跨红细胞膜的作用

Study on the Transmembrane Behavior of Rare Earth Ions in Erythrocytes by Fura-2

文章采用 Fura- 2荧光指示剂法研究了稀土离子跨红细胞膜的作用 ,结果发现 ,即使在很低的浓度下也能检测到稀土离子的跨膜现象 。

The transmembrane behavior of Ln\+\{3+\} in red cells is studied by using Fura 2 fluorescent probe technique.And the results show that obvious transmembrane phenomenon can be observed when the concentration of Ln\+\{3+\} is very low.So this method is very adapted for studying the biological effects between rare earth ions and erythrocytes.
