摘要 在体能训练过程中 ,依据人体内部生理负荷情况 ,通过应用计算机技术、人工神经网络 (Artificial neuralnetwork)和模糊 (Fuzzy)控制理论 ,实时、准确、有效地调控运动者体内的生理负荷强度 ,使之与训练计划所预定的目标相一致。探索对体能训练中的生理负荷强度进行实时调控的方法 ,为提高人体体能训练的效率 ,使体能训练科学化 ,提供一个科技手段。 Using computer technique, artificial neural network and fuzzy control theory, we have explored a real time control method for the athlete's physical workload intensity in order that the goal of physical training can be reached effectively in accordance to the exercise plan. The technique could be useful for improving the efficiency of scientific physical training.
