摘要
本文对功能性寡糖的理化特性、分类、结构特点及主要作用机理进行了探讨,综述了近十年来功能性寡糖对猪生产影响的研究,分析了其在养猪业应用和研究中尚存在的问题,对功能性寡糖的应用前景进行了展望。
The paper researched the kinds of functional oligosaccharides, chemphysical traits, the characteristics of their structures and their main actional mechanism; reviewed the effect functional oligosaccharides on pig production during recent 10 years; discussed the problems of oligosaccharides applied in pig production and prospected the foreground of oligosaccharides applied in pig production.
