摘要
针对电阻炉温度控制过程特点 (大滞后 ,控制动作单向性 ) ,设计了两种模糊控制器 (FUZZY—PID复合控制器和带积分补偿的FUZZY控制器 ) ,介绍了此调功温度控制系统工作原理和设计方法 ,并给出阶跃响应和抗干扰曲线。结果分析表明 ,此两种模糊控制器具有良好的控制性能。
In accordance with the characteristics of the temperature controlling process, its long time lag and unidirectional control action. This paper designed two kind of new fuzzy controller used for temperature controlling system. It also gave out the way to construct the system and the experimental results. The results show that the system is reliable and steady. Its control precision meets the requirement of the process.
