摘要
随着仿真技术的发展 ,半实物仿真已越来越多地应用于控制系统的研究和设计。该文介绍了针对某型船用蒸汽动力装置大量采用的液压 (水压 )控制器而研制的综合试验仿真系统。该系统应用了半实物仿真技术 ,将实物———液压式控制器、仿真计算机、信号转换设备和测试设备构成有机整体 ,形成半实物仿真系统。该系统能够较全面地对此类液压控制器进行试验研究 ,包括在实验室进行动态试验。文中还对实现过程中模型的简化和信号的转换等问题进行了探讨。
With the development of the technology of simulation, the Hardware-in-the loop simualtion is more and more used in the research and design for control system. In this essay, it is introduced of a synthesized test system for a kind of the hydraulic controller used in the marine steam power plant, in which the technology of Hardware-in-the loop simulation has been applied. The whole system becomes a semi-natural simulation system which is made by material objects and computer as well as signal transform unit and measuring equipments. With this system, the global research for the hydraulic controller can carried out, including to do dynamic analysis in lab. In this paper, the problems about the simplifying of controlled object model and the transforming of signals is also discussed .
