现代科技日新月异 ,技术不断更新 ,客户期望可靠的产品是对企业设计、研发、测试团队的挑战。有别于传统试验方法的高加速寿命测试 (HALT :HighlyAcceleratedLifeTest)和高加速应力筛选 (HASS :HighlyAcceleratedStressScreen)的科学试验方法正是快速提高产品可靠度、保证品质、增强企业竞争力的关键。该文详述了HALT&HASS的涵义。
In modern society, science and technology have been developing at an amazing speed. Techniques have been updated constantly. Reliable products that customers expect are challenges to the teams of devising, research&design, testing in corporations. The scientific experiment method (HALT&HASS) which makes off classical experiment method is the key to enhance the reliability of products, ensure the quality of products, increase the competitiveness of corporations.
