摘要 现代科技日新月异 ,技术不断更新 ,客户期望可靠的产品是对企业设计、研发、测试团队的挑战。有别于传统试验方法的高加速寿命测试 (HALT :HighlyAcceleratedLifeTest)和高加速应力筛选 (HASS :HighlyAcceleratedStressScreen)的科学试验方法正是快速提高产品可靠度、保证品质、增强企业竞争力的关键。该文详述了HALT&HASS的涵义。 In modern society, science and technology have been developing at an amazing speed. Techniques have been updated constantly. Reliable products that customers expect are challenges to the teams of devising, research&design, testing in corporations. The scientific experiment method (HALT&HASS) which makes off classical experiment method is the key to enhance the reliability of products, ensure the quality of products, increase the competitiveness of corporations. This essay recounts the meaning, testing method and the concrete applied conditions of HALT&HASS in detail.
