Analysis and Processing Test of Mechanical Rubbing Twisting-in Technique

分析了机械搓捻捻接技术的工艺持点 ,并剖析了其作用原理和工作过程 ,对影响捻接质量的退捻、牵伸、加捻三项主要工艺参数进行了正交试验测试 ,同时提出了实际应用中的具体要求。

The technological characteristics, functional principle and working process of mechanical rubbing twisting-in technique are analysed. Three main processing parameters as detwisting, drafting and twisting are been in orthogonal test, which influence the twisting-in quality, meanwhile, they are required concretely in actual using.
