教育技术人才需求状况与教育技术学专业教学改革探讨

The status of need for educational technology talents and reform in educational technology specialty teaching

发展教育技术是实现教育现代化的关键.从我国教育的发展来看,基础教育、远程教育、教学资源开发等方面都需要大量的教育技术专业人才.通过对各方面教育技术人才需求状况分析,可以看出,培养教育技术人才是教育领域当前一项重要任务.由于科学技术不断发展,给教育技术专业的教学计划制定、课程设置、能力培养等方面提出了新要求,因而,需要对教育技术专业的教学改革不断深入.

The development of educational technology is the key to educational modernization. With the development of education, a lot of professional talents of educational technology are needed in primary education, distance education, and development of educational resources.Our analysis of the status of needs for all types of educational technology talents indicates that cultivation of such talents is an important task at present.The ever developing science and technology are posing new requirements to making of teaching plans,curricular arrangement,and cultivation of ability of educational technology specialty.Therefore, it is necessary to deepen teaching reform.
