摘要
电色谱整体柱是通过原位聚合或固化于柱管内部的方法来制备的一种新型色谱柱。与常规的填充毛细管柱不同的是 ,其制备方法具有简易性和易于实现色谱填料表面化学性质多样性的特点 ,已迅速成为优异的毛细管电色谱固定相形式。本文综述了毛细管电色谱整体柱研究的最新进展。
A monolithic column is prepared by in situ polymerization or consolidation inside the column tubing. Both the simplicity of its preparation and the large variety of readily available chemistries make the monolithic separation media an attractive alternative to capillary column packed with particular materials. Monolithic column has quickly become a well-established phase form in capillary electrochromatography (CEC). The contributions of numerous research groups working in this rapidly growing area are reviewed in this paper.
