Study and application on Al_2O_3-MA-Cr_2O_3 castables for slag-line of ladles

本文简要介绍了Al2O3-MA-Cr2O3质浇注料的性能和研制过程,根据对使用后材料结构分析,认为该浇注料的损毁为一缓慢的熔损过程,在分析了Al2O3-MA-Cr2O3渣线浇注料长寿命的原因的基础上,提出下一步研究设想.

In this paper, the properties and study process of Al_2O_3-MA-Cr_2O_3 castables are introduced. According to the results of analyses on microstructure of the used castable, the damage mechanism of the material is regarded as a process of slow corrosion. Meantime, the reasons about long life of Al_2O_3-MA-Cr_2O_3 castable for slag-line are discussed. In additon, some suggestions for further study are presented.
