摘要
研制了一种用于弧焊过程动态信号的检测分析系统,该系统主要由信号传感器、信号适配器、多路高速数据采集卡和微机信息处理系统等组成.以WINDOWS为操作平台,通过菜单调用数据采集、数据分析、数据存取和显示等模块,可方便快捷地获得焊接过程信号特征和规律分析结果.
A system for measuring and analyzing the signals occured in welding process is developed. The system is composed of signal sensors, signal adapters, a high speed multichannel data gathering card, and computer software for signal processing. Taking WINDOWS as operation platform, the modules of data acquisition, analysis, access, and display are called by means of the menu so that the characteristics and patterns of signals can be quickly obtained and analyzed.
