摘要 基于实验测定的1045钢淬火冷却曲线,应用有限差分原理和非线性估计法对非线性导热方程的逆问题进行了求解,给出了一种求解钢淬火时非线性表面换热系数的方法;应用数学转换方法计算了1045钢在连续冷却时奥氏体、珠光体、贝氏体和马氏体的体积百分数.应用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了1045钢淬火时具有相变和非线性表面换热系数的温度场.研究表明,钢淬火时的温度场、导热与换热是非线性的,温度场的计算结果和实验结果比较吻合. Based on the cooling curves of the Steel 1045 specimen recorded during its quenching test, the inverse problem of non-linear heat conduct equation is solved by means of both finite difference method and nonlinear estimate methods A method for finding the surface heat-transfer coefficient is also given. The volume fraction of constituent of austenite, pearlite, bainite, and martensite in continuous cooling are calculated by using mathematical transformation. The temperature field with phase transformation and non-linear surface heat-transfer coefficient of steel 1045 during quenching is calculated with ANSYS program. The obtained results are compared with experimental ones with a good agreement between them. The results also show that the temperature field, the heat conduct, and the heat-transfer are non-linear.
