摘要
首先讨论斜口圆柱的表面展开方程,利用其展开方程讨论圆柱管制件的表面展开方法,建立基于AUTOCAD的圆柱管制件的表面展开程序模块,实现圆柱制件表面的自动展开.通过用等腰双圆弧样条方法处理非圆曲线,就可以确定等腰双圆弧的圆心和半径,从而实现圆柱制件展开表面的自动加工.
The contour equation of developed tubular surface of cylindrical products with a skew intersection is discussed first and, then, this equation is used to obtain the surface development method for the cylindrical tubular products. A program module of surface development for such products is established on the basis of AUTOCAD to realize automatic surface development. Non-circular curves are treated with isosceles double-arc spline so that the centers and radii of relevant isosceles double-arc can be determined, realizing consequently the automatic processing of the product to be developed.
